Payments are in Euros
A deposit is required to secure your course.
We cannot hold a provisional booking for longer than 7 days.
Balance of payments must be paid at least one week before the start of the course. If we do not receive your payment, your place may be cancelled. If you need to cancel your course for any reason, a cancellation charge will apply.
Cancellations - Must be in writing to bodhin [at] gmail [dot] com and we charge the following fees plus a €50 administration charge that is non-refundable – Payments and deposits are only refundable if you cancel with 4 or more weeks of notification in writing. If cancellation takes place with less than 4 week’s notice, then you will forfeit 100% of your deposit.
We withhold the right to change prices without notice.
Solterreno has a strict no drugs policy, failure to comply could result in you being asked to leave the course.
We cannot accept liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, closure of airports, civil strikes, industrial action or natural disaster or other events outside of our control. Also, we cannot accept liability for participants medical conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the course. Also, we cannot accept liability for loss of, or damage to personal property of participants.
In the unlikely event that Solterreno cancels your course, 100% of your deposit and payments will be returned. Where a teacher is unavailable we will make every attempt to replace with a teacher of similar professional standard.
In order to participate in these courses, all students must have comprehensive travel, cancellation and medical insurance in place prior to travel.
Any photo's taken during the course are the property of Solterreno and may be used for promotional purposes, it is your responsibility to advise if you do not want your photo taken and used in this way.
By booking and paying for your course, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
