This page is for anyone interested in comming to stay with us as a volunteer.

We regularly have volunteers with us, almost always 1 or two people. We have a routine which seems to work well:

8.00 meditate together 
9.00 breakfast together 
10-14 work period 
14.00 lunch together (main meal in Spain) 
then rest and the rest of the day without much structure but might include yoga or reiki or some other activity or just time to do what you fancy.

Then the evening meal we prefer just as the family, so normally you would take that food to your accommodation. However all this is flexible and negotiable, but something along those lines works well for us.

The work is also flexible and negotiable, depending on you, from cooking to working in the garden, to help looking after the trees pruning etc. to basic maintenance like painting or oiling wood and a long list of other jobs.

Accommodation: will probably be in a caravan which has a double bed, table and chairs, heating etc. , then the bathroom is either in the casita or in the main house. The caravan has amazing views and is about 150m from the house and 50m from the casita.

Generally we give the volunteers food and accomodation in exchange of their work. However if anyone wanted to spend less time working then we would ask for a contribution to the food costs.
