A mountain retreat in Spain.

We are a small family run Holistic retreat centre located in the south east of Spain, in the hills behind Javea and Denía, (the Costa Blanca) midway between Valencia and Alicante. It is on terraced land surrounded by cherry and almond trees with amazing views back to the sea some 20km away. Perfect for a retreat, a rest or walking in the hills.

We offer various possibilities.

HOLISTIC HOLIDAYS:Includes; massage, yoga, mindfulness workshops, walks into the majestic hills, deep relaxing sessions, and a lovely energising vegetarian Mediterranean cuisine.

STRESS, ANXIETY OR DEPRESSION: We offer Mindfulness based cognitive Therapy with an experienced group facilitator and mindfulness teacher.

NATURAL HEALTH TREATMENTS: Detox and dietary advice, Bach flower remedies, massage and reiki, phytotherapy, auricular acupuncture or ear acupuncture.

Recover your health: for anyone with health issues or recovering from an operation, chemotherapy, addictions, depression, etc.

The wooden cabin; There is a hand built hexagonal wooden cabin. The space is ideal for meditation and rest.

With our meditation space we can also host small retreats of up to 12 people.

There are some fascinating walks like the "Barranc del Infern" or Hells gorge, a closed circuit of some 14Km which takes in 5,946 steps carved into the sides of the valley. Ideal for hiking.
